In exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to sub-section (6) of Section 32 of the Goa Land Revenue Code, 1968 (Act 9 of 1969), read with Section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Central Act 10 of 1897), and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Government of Goa hereby rescinds the Government Notification No. 16/7/2008-RD dated 26-09-2013, published in the Official Gazette, Series II No. 27 dated 3rd October, 2013 with immediate effect.
