In partial modification to Form No. 2 [See Rule 10(2)] published in Extraordinary Official Gazette, Series II No. 16 dated 21st July, 2017 at Sr. No. 5 of Form No. 2 may be read as "the Counting of Votes will be on Monday 28th August, 2017 from 8.00 hrs. till the Counting is completed," instead of 21st August, 2017.

Whereas, as per guidelines of Election Commission of India rate chart has been worked out for the purpose of maintaining ledger of accounts for Election Expenditure in connection with Bye-election, 2017.
And whereas, a meeting was held on 31-07-2017 at 11.00 a.m. of the Political Parties to discuss and finalize the rate chart, where the representatives of Political Parties present submitted their suggestions for the rates and after considering the suggestions made by the Political Parties final rates were notified for 30 items i.e. at St. Nos. 1 to 30.
Now therefore, a consolidated list of rate chart at Sr. Nos. 1 to 30 are hereby notified for reference of all Political Parties.
