That on 28-10-2016 expired Smt. Shashikala Kakodkar, daughter of late Mr. Dayanand Bandodkar. She was married to Shri Gurudutt Kakodkar as per Hindu rites and rituals at Mumbai, however the said marriage was not registered as per the Family Laws of Goa and hence, there is no marriage certificate. However, the said marriage was dissolved by mutual consent by virtue of a decree dated 18-10-1997 passed by the Judge, IIIrd Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai. And the said Shri Gurudutt Kakodkar expired at Panaji on 10-01-2000.
That she used to reside at Bandodkar House, Altinho, Panaji, Goa and died without any Will or any other disposition of her last wish, leaving behind her as her only heirs the following:

5. Mr. Abhay Gurudutt Kakodkar, son of Mr. Gurudutt Kakodkar, aged 47 years, resident of Pilene, Bardez, Goa.
6. Mrs. Savita Abhay Kakodkar, wife of Mr. Abhay Gurudutt Kakodkar, aged 47 years, resident of Pilerne, Bardez, Goa.

The above mentioned Comunidade is hereby convened for an Extraordinary General Body Meeting of Sirsaim Comunidade in terms of Article 330 of the Comunidades at its usual meeting place on 3rd Sunday after publication of notice in the Official Gazette of Government at 10.30 a.m. in order to discuss and decide on the following:-
File No. 1-04-2016-ACNZ/2016 which Shri Nanda L. Volvoikar, r/o Bharwanwado, Camurlim, Bardez- Goa, has applied for land on lease (Aforamento) basis for construction of residential house on uncultivated an unused land of Sirsaim Comunidade under Survey No. 27/0 & 28/3, Plot No. 62, situated at Sirsaim belonging to the Comunidade of Sirsaim admeasuring an area of 320 sq. mts. and the same bounded as below:-
East : by plot No. 63 of the same sub-division;
West : road;
36. I, Mr. Lourenco Camilo Eusebio Travassos, son of Antonio Joao Travassos, major, married, service, Indian National, resident of H. No. 10/67, Kotkarwada, Pernem-Goa, do hereby solemnly affirm and state as under:
1. I say that my name is Lourenco Camilo Eusebio Travassos and same stands recorded in my Birth Certificate.
2. I say that my name is recorded as Lawrenco Camilo Euzebio Travasso in my old Passport bearing No. F324799 issued on 9-7-1979 at Panaji.
3. I say that Lourenco Camilo Eusebio Travassos and Lawrenco Camilo Euzebio Travasso is one and the same person i.e. myself.
4. I say that present Affidavit is sworn by me in order to publish in the Official Gazette, Panaji, Goa for correction of name in share certificate.
5. I say that whatever stated above is true to my
knowledge and nothing is false.
