In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 203 of the Goa Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Goa Act 14 of 1994), I, Shri R. K. Srivastava, IAS (Retd.), Goa State Election Commissioner, hereby appoint the Mamlatdar of Pernem Taluka as the "Requisitioning Authority" and authorized him to requisition premises, vehicles etc., for the purpose of General Elections to three Village Panchayats in Pernem Taluka.

No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(20)/3600
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 23 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Goa Act 4 of 2017), the Government of Goa, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Government Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(17)/2408, dated the 21st September, 2017, published in the Official Gazette, Series II No. 25, Extraordinary dated the 21st September, 2017, namely:-
In the said Notification, in the Table–
(i) for serial number 9 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
OFFICIAL GAZETTE — GOVT. OF GOA SERIES II No. 30 (EXTRAORDINARY) 26TH OCTOBER, 2017(ii) after serial number 28 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:-
"29 Chain stitch Any chapter 30 Crewel, namda, gabba Any chapter 31 Wicker willow products Any chapter Any chapter 32 Toran
33 Articles made of shola Any chapter".
This Notification shall be deemed to have come into force from the 13th day of October, 2017.
