In exercise of the powers vested in me vide Rule 2(e) of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, R. K. Srivastava, Commissioner of Goa State Election Commission, Altinho, Panaji-Goa, hereby appoint the following Officers as Returning Officers and Assistant Returning Officers within their concerned jurisdiction for the ensuing bye-elections to the vacant seats of Panchayat members in the wards mentioned against their names below:

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me vide Rule 5 of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, R. K. Srivastava, Commissioner of Goa State Election Commission, hereby notify that the Electoral Rolls of the Goa Legislative Assembly prepared under the provisions of the Representation of People Act, 1950 (Central Act 43 of 1951) for the time being in force as on 1st January, 2017 (published on 18th September, 2017) for such Constituency of the Assembly or any part thereof as is included in the shall be adopted for the purpose of preparation of Electoral Rolls for ensuing bye-elections to Ward No. I of Village Panchayat Paliem (General) in Pernem Taluka, Ward No. VII of Village Panchayat Uguem (General) in Sanguem Taluka, Ward No. II of Village Panchayat Marcaim (OBC) and Ward No. I
