Whereas the General Elections to three Village Panchayats of Casarvarnem, Alorna, Chandel-
-Hassapur and bye-elections to Ward No. I of Village Panchayat Paliem (General) in Pernem Taluka, Ward No. VII of Village Panchayat Uguem (General) in Sanguem Taluka, Ward No. II of Village Panchayat Marcaim (Reserved for OBC) and Ward No. I of Village Panchayat Cundaim (General) Taluka, Ward No. VII of Village Panchayat Uguem (General) in Sanguem Taluka, Ward No. II of Village Panchayat Marcaim (Reserved for OBC) and Ward No. I of Village Panchayat Cundaim (General) in Ponda Taluka which are going to poll on 10th December, 2017 shall be accepted by the respective notified places from 21st November, 2017 to 28th
November, 2017 between 10.00 hrs. to 13.00 hrs. except on 26th November, 2017 being Sunday.

And whereas this State Election Commission will issue a public written Notice in Form 2 of the intended election as required under Rule 10 (3) of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election

Now therefore, this State Election Commission in exercise of the powers conferred upon it under Article 243K of the Constitution of India and Section 237 of the Goa Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 read with Rule 10(2)(i) of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla
Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996 hereby notifies that the nomination papers of candidates in respect of General Elections to three Village [See Rule 10(2)]

The programme of Election is as under:
1. Last date and time Tuesday, 28th November, for receiving nomi- 2017 from 10.00 hrs. to nation papers 13.00 hrs.
2. Date and time for Wednesday, 29th November, scrutiny of nomi- 2017 from 10.00 hrs. till nation papers scrutiny is over.
3. Date and time of Thursday, 30th November, withdrawal of 2017 from 10.00 hrs. to nomination papers 14.00 hrs.
