examined the facts and circumstance brought out in the said report, I am satisfied that there are sufficient grounds for proceeding under Section 144 of Cr. P. C., 1973 to prohibit members of "Sri Ram Sene" and its leader Shri Pramod Mutalik from entering into jurisdiction of South Goa District and making aggressive statement and comments which could hurt the communal feeling of groups and lead to violence and in turn result into serious law and order problems;

Goa shopping complex at Alto Pilerne Rumbler Marra, Bardez: Thick rumbler strips Strips (15-20 Nos. each) to be constructed on the Mapusa-Panaji NH-17 near existing electric pole infront of Hotel Orion on one side and near electric transformer on the other side.
The above thick rumbler strips shall be painted with white thermoplastic fluorescent paint and fixed with blinkers for better visibility.
Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 116 of the above Act, I also authorize the erection of cautionary signboards "Thick Rumbler Strips", at about 40 mts., on either side of the speed breaker in advance of the speed breaker and traffic signboard showing the sign "Thick Rumbler Strips" at the placement of the speed breaker & thick rumbler strips in order to regulate the motor vehicular traffic.
The Secretary, Village Panchayat Pilerne Marra, Bardez and P.W.D. (Engineering Cell) is directed to publish this notification through the Director of Information and Publicity in local newspapers and to make necessary arrangements to construct the Speed Breaker & Thick Rumbler Strips and to erect the signboards at the places indicated above as per the specification laid down by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and as published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 15 dated 15-07-2005 by the Government of Goa and report compliance within fifteen days time.
