(2) This office notice No.15-314-ADT/RCS/ /2016/1021 dated 13th June, 2017 and

7th July, 2017.

(3) Reply dated 25th July, 2017 to notice No. 15-314-ADT/RCS/2016/1473 dated 7th July, 2017.

Whereas, the Baba Barphani Employment and Labour Contract Co-operative Society Ltd., Ponda-Goa, has been registered with this office

under the provisions of Section 8 (1) of the Goa Co-operative Societies Act, 2001 under code symbol No. RCS/Labour/5/2010/Goa on 8th March, 2010 and classified as "Products (Producers) Society" under Sub-classification No. 9(b) "Labourer's Industrial Society" read with Rule 8(1) of the Goa

Co-operative Societies Rules, 2003.

And whereas, this office vide notice referred to at Sr. No. 2 at above as an opportunity of natural justice called upon the Board of Directors of the aforesaid society to remain present in the chamber of the undersigned on 20-06-2017 at 3.30 p.m. to put forth their say in the matter alongwith documentary evidences, if any.
