Whereas, vide letter cited at Serial No. 1 above, the Deputy Collector and Sub Divisional Magistrate, Dharbandora has submitted a complaint regarding pollution caused in water pumping area at "Signal Kond", Collem and requested appropriate action.

And whereas, a meeting was subsequently held with all stakeholders by this Collectorate on 20-12-2016 at 11.00 a.m. to take urgent remedial steps. This meeting was attended by 1) Shri Laxmikant Kuttikar, Mamlatdar of Dharbandora, 2) Shri Sudesh Salelkar, T. A. (Civil), WDXX, PHE, PWD, Margao representative of Executive Engineer, 3) Smt. Kiran Mamlekar, Sarpanch, VP Collem, 4) Shri Nilesh C. Satpalkar, Deputy Sarpanch, VP Collem, 5) Shri Naresh Shigaonkar and 6) Judas Cabral was present. During this meeting the concerned Departments were directed to comply with the directions issued in the minutes of the meeting cited at serial No. 2 above. No reports were received from the concerned departments despite of various reminders.

In pursuance of Order dated 27th January, 2017, passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Bombay at Goa, in the matter of Shree Rudreshwar Devasthan, Harvalem, Sankhalim, Goa, in Writ Petition No. 628/2016, all the eligible Mahajans who are enrolled in the list prepared by the undersigned are hereby informed that an Extraordinary meeting of the eligible Mahajans figuring is the aforesaid list of Mahajans/the Catalogue of Shree Rudreshwar Devasthan, Harvalem shall be held on 07th May, 2017 i.e. on Sunday at 10.00 a.m. onwards at Devasthan premises to elect the members of the Managing Committee of Shree Rudreshwar Devasthan Harvalem, Sankhalim, Bicholim Taluka for the triennium year 2016 to 2019.

All eligible Mahajans are requested to participate in the said Election peacefully and shall carry their photo identity card alongwith them on the date and time mentioned herein above.

7. I say that "Pratisha Gajanan Gawde alias Navelkar" and "Pratisha Gajanan Navelkar" are one and the same person.

8. I say that I sworn this affidavit to produce before the Director of Women and Child Development, Panaji, Goa for Laadli Laxmi scheme to my daughter Pratisha Gajanan Navelkar.
