The above Thick Rumbler Strips shall be painted with white thermoplastic fluorescent paint and fixed with blinkers for better visibility.

Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 116 of the above Act, I also authorise the erection of cautionary signboards "Thick Rumbler Strips" at about 40 mts. on either side of the speed breaker in advance of the rumbler strips and traffic signboard showing the sign "Thick Rumbler Strips" at the placement of the speed breaker & think rumbler strips in order to regulate the motor vehicular traffic.
