In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 6 of the Goa Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2003, read with rule 3 of the Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2010 and section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), the Government of Goa hereby amends the Government Notification No. 1-49- -2017-18/DSSL/Part/3497 dated 6th October, 2017, published in the Official Gazette, (Extraordinar y), Series I No. 27 dated 6-10-2017 (hereinafter referred to as the "principal Notification"), as follows, namely:—
In the principal Notification, in the table, in column 1, the weekly lotteries, namely, "Mahalaxmi Mangalvar Weekly Lottery" and "Mahalaxmi Shukravar Weekly Lottery" and the corresponding entries thereof in the columns 2 to 4 of the said table shall be omitted.
This Notification shall come into force with
the effect from the 17th day of April, 2018.

This Notification shall come into force with the effect from the 17th day of April, 2018.
