In exercise of the powers vested in me under Rule 2 (e) of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, R. K. Srivastava, IAS (Retd.), Commissioner of Goa State Election Commission, Panaji-Goa hereby appoint the Aval Karkun of Sanguem Taluka as the Returning Officer from 15th May, 2017 till 19th May, 2017 in addition to the appointment already made as Assistant Returning Officer for the Village Panchayat of 1. Sanvordem, 2. Uguem, 3. Bhati, 4. Curdi-Vaddem, 5. Netorlim, 6. Rivona, 7. Calem.
