Whereas, the term of the Sarpanchas, Dy. Sarpanchas and other members of the Village Panchayats specified in column (2) of the Schedule below will expire on 27-05-2017;
And whereas, the general elections to the said
Panchayats cannot be held;
And whereas, therefore, it is necessary to appoint an Administrator to run the affairs and all other activities of each of the said Panchayat till the general elections are held and a new elected body of members headed by the Sarpanch takes the charge of the respective Panchayat;
And whereas, the Government has decided to appoint the outgoing Sarpanch as Administrator of the respective Panchayat.
