That said Mrs. Gracie Isabel Visitacao Vaz, vide a Deed of Relinquishment dated 13-04-2016, duly executed and registered in the Office of Civil Registrar-cum-Sub-Registrar and Notary (Ex-Officio) of Judicial Division of Salcete, Mathany Saldanha Administrative Complex, Margao, South Goa, drawn in Book No. 1622 at page 78R to 79, relinquished her rights of inheritance to the property/estate left behind by her late father-in-law, Mr. Jose Maria Abdonio Barreto alias Jose Maria A. Barreto alias Jose Maria Barreto under Article 2029 of Portuguese Civil Code (old Act).
