Whereas, during monsoon a number of people and agencies are digging the roads causing danger to the pedestrians and motor vehicles and speedy remedy is desirable to prevent such digging of the road.

Now therefore, I, Swapnil M. Naik, IAS, District Magistrate, South Goa District, Margao in exercise of the powers vested in me under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 do hereby order that no person or agency/organization shall dig the road or shoulder of the road without the written permission of the undersigned in the jurisdiction of the South Goa District.

And whereas, the circumstances do not permit serving of the notice in due time to the person/ /persons involved in digging of road or shoulder of the road, the order is passed ex-parte. It shall be published for information of public through Press and also by affixing copies on the Notice Boards of all Sub-Divisional Magistrates, Mamlatdars and Police Stations.

All the Police Officers of the rank of Police Inspectors and above of South Goa District shall ensure the implementation of the Order and if any person violates the above order may take appropriate action under In pursuance of first proviso to sub-section (3) of Section 26 of the Goa, Daman & Diu Agriculture Tenancy Act, 1964 (Act 7 of 1964) (hereinafter called as the "said Act"), the Government of Goa hereby specifies protective bund in schedule hereto for the purpose of said proviso to sub-section (3) of Section 26 of the said Act.

35. By this deed I the undersigned Suvas Borkar lately called Suhas Borkar employed as Government Primary School Teacher at Government Primary School, Deulmol, Shirvoi, do hereby:-

1. Wholly renounce/relinquish and abandon the use of my former name of Suhas Borkar and in place thereof do assume from the date thereof the name of Suvas Borkar and so that I may hereafter be called, known and distinguished not by my former name but my assumed name of Suvas Borkar.

2. For the purpose of evidencing such my determination, declare that I shall at all times hereafter in all records, deeds, writings and in all proceedings, dealings and transactions private as well as public and upon all occasions whatsoever use and sign the name of Suvas Borkar as my name in place of and in substitution for my former name of Suhas Borkar.

3. Expressly authorize and request all persons at all the time hereafter to designate and address me by such assumed name of Suvas Borkar.

In witness thereof I have hereunto subscribed my former name and adopted and affixed my name of Suvas Borkar and affixed my seal this 27th day of May, 2017.
