In exercise of the powers vested in me vide Rule 2(e) of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, R. K. In exercise of the powers conferred upon me vide Rule 5 of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, Shri R. K. In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 203 of the Goa Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Goa Act 14 of 1994), I, R. K. Srivastava, IAS (Retd.), Goa State Election Commissioner, hereby appoint the Mamlatdar of Salcete Taluka as the "Requisitioning Authority" and authorise him to requisition premises, vehicles etc. for the purpose of bye-election to Ward No. II of Village Panchayat Sarzora in Salcete Taluka.
