(2) Government Notification No. 3/5/97- -HD(G) Part/3934 dated 17-12-2014 published in the Official Gazette Series I No. 39 dated 26-12-2014.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13 of the Goa, Daman and Diu Fire Force Act, 1986 (Act No. 9 of 1986), read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), the Government of Goa hereby amends the Government Notification No. 3/5/97-HD(G) Part/3934 dated 17-12-2014, published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 39 dated 26-12-2014 (hereinafter referred to as the "principal Notification"), as follows:—

In the principal Notification, in Annexure III for item 1, the following shall be substituted, namely:—

"1. The Guest Houses/Temporar y Structure upto 50m² shall provide one portable Fire Extinguisher of ABC Dry Powder (Stored Pressure Type) of 4kg/6kg capacity or one 4.5kg capacity Carbon di- oxide Fire Extinguisher conforming to Bureau of Indian Standard–2190".
