That the parties of the First Part have perfect knowledge of these facts which inter alia are public and well known and therefore, the said parties of the First Part hereby declared, confirmed and affirmed for all the legal purposes that on the death of the said late Ravindra Yeshwant Pednekar alias Ravindra Esvonta Pednencar.
1. Mrs. Teja Ravindra Pednekar alias Mrs. Teja Ravindra Pednencar alias Theresa Maria Yvonne Fernandes.

Mrs. Neesha Ravindra Pednekar married to Mr. Santosh Shrikant Pednekar are the universal heirs of the said deceased late Ravindra Yeshwant Pednekar alias Ravindra Esvonta Pednencar and that there does not exist, nor existed any other person who according to law, may have legal right of succession or would prefer in the said succession or would concur with the said qualified heirs to the inheritance left by the above said deceased person.
That the parties of the First Part or the declarants have perfect knowledge of all these facts that the aforesaid are the only legal heirs and successors of the above referred deceased person and there is no other person who as per the law in force in Goa may have preference over them or who may concur with them to the estate left by the said deceased.
