Read: Government Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(18/2018-Rate) dated 26-7-2018, published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 17, Extraordinary dated 26-7-2018.

In the Government Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(18/2018-Rate) dated 26-7-2018, published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 17, Extraordinary dated 26-7-2018,—

(1) In para (A) in Schedule I—2.5%, against entry at clause (ii), for

In the Government Notification No. 38/1/ / 2 0 1 7 - Fi n ( R & C ) ( 1 5 / 2 0 1 8 - R a t e ) dated 26-7-2018, published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 17, Extraordinary dated 26-7-2018,—

(1) at page 989, in line 2 and 3, for "(i) in the Table, after serial number 10 and the entries the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-", read "(i) in the Table, after serial number 10 and the entries relating thereto the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:-";

(2) at page 989, after line 16, insert—

"2. This notification shall come into force

with effect from 27th of July, 2018.".
