Further, the concerned persons/agencies involved in currently dug up roads or parts thereof, are also ordered to restore them to normal condition with immediate effect.

The Government of Goa vide its order dated 04-09-2018 have constituted a committee for empanelment of the eminent Senior Advocates under the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 under the Chairmanship of the Secretary (Social Welfare) as required under sub-rule 5 of Rule 4 of the SCs/STs (PoA) Act and Rules made thereunder and also regarding fixing of remuneration/fees of the eminent Senior Advocates as provided under sub-rule (6) of Rule 4.

No. 839/23, situated near Devashree Splendour, Alto Porvorim, Socorro, Bardez, Goa before the Notary Ex-Officio, recorded in Will Book No. 329 at folio 78 to 80, who has bequeathed his disposition to his wife Mrs. Lila Naique alias Leela Naik alias Lila Chandrashekar alias Leela Chandrashekhar alias Neela and to his testamentary heirs his two daughters namely 1) Mrs. Reshma Chandra Shaker, married to Mr. Mark Harford, residing at 12, Stephens Lodge, Woodside Lane, Woodside Park, London N12 8HQ, United Kingdom and 2) Ms. Rupali Chandrashaker alias Mrs. Rupali Shenoy, married to Mr. Sunil Shenoy, residing at 9/47, Waitara Avenue, Waitara NSW 2076, Australia, of all his assets both movable and immovable as stated in the said will.
