In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 6 of the Goa Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2003, read with rule 3 of the Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2010 and in supersession of the Government Notification No. 1-49-2018-19/DSSL/Part/1411 dated 31st August, 2018, published on the Official Gazette, Extraordinary No. 3, Series I No. 22 dated 31st August, 2018, the Government of Goa hereby frames the following weekly lottery schemes, namely:—

(l) All the tickets printed, shall have a Bar Code with Lottery code, Date of Draw, Time of Draw, Lottery Number with Series and a unique Random Number as Security Measure.

This Notification shall come into force with the effect from 3rd day of December, 2018.
