In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 6 of the Goa Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2003, read with rule 3 of the Lotteries (Regulation) Rules, 2010 and section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897), the Government of Goa hereby amends Government Notification No. 1-49-2018-19/DSSL/Part dated 30th August, 2018, published in the Official Gazette, Extraordinary No. 2, Series I No. 22 dated 31st August, 2018 (hereinafter referred as the "Principal Notification") as follows, namely:—

In the Principal Notification, in the table of Names of Weekly Lottery, for the entries against Serial Nos. 1 to 6 shall be omitted.

This notification shall come into force with the effect from 26th day of November, 2018.

1. The buyer has a wide range to choose numbers from 01 to 80. There would be 20 numbers drawn. The buyer could select from 2 to 10 numbers i.e. he can select 2 numbers, 3 numbers, 4 numbers, 5 numbers, 6 numbers, 7 numbers, 8 numbers, 9 numbers or 10 numbers.

2. If the buyer chooses 2 numbers which match with any two numbers of the 20 numbers drawn, then he is entitled to prize winning of Rs. 150/-.

4. 5. 7. If the buyer chooses 7 numbers, and if 3 of the 7 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to prize winning of Rs. 20/- and if 4 of the 7 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 35/- and if 5 of the 7 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 180/- and if 6 of the 7 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 1500/- and if 7 of the 7 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 60,000/-. If there are more than one winner in 7 of the 7 number category, the prize amount will be divided equally among the winners.

8. If the buyer chooses 8 numbers, and if 4 of the 8 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to prize winning of Rs. 20/- and if 5 of the 8 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 100/- and if 6 of the 8 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 1200/- and if 7 of the 8 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 6940/- for Monday, Rs. 6950/- for Tuesday Rs. 6960/- for Wednesday, Rs. 6970/- for Thursday, Rs. 6980/- for Friday, Rs. 6990/- for Saturday and Rs. 7000/- for Sunday and if 8 of the 8 numbers chosen match with the 20 numbers drawn, he is entitled to a prize winning of Rs. 5,00,000/-. 9. vii) If the player matches any 2 numbers of his selected 5 main numbers with the 5 main numbers drawn and the Power Ball with the Power Ball drawn, he will win Rs. 100/-.

viii) If the player matches any 1 number of his selected 5 main numbers with the 5 main numbers drawn and the Power Ball with the Power Ball drawn, he will win Rs. 40/-.

III. Method of distribution of prize amount:

1) Reserve Pool Fund (RSR) : 10% of the total sale amount will be transferred to Reserve Pool Fund (RSR).

2) Prize Fund : 55% of the remaining sale amount (total sale amount less RSR Contribution) will be considered as Prize Fund.

3) Prizes for match 5/5, 4/5+PB, 4/5, 3/5+PB, 3/5, 2/5+PB and 1/5+PB will be paid from the Prize Fund and balance of the Prize Fund will be transferred to Jackpot Fund. In case, the Prize Fund is short to meet these prizes, funds from the Reserve Pool Fund (RSR) will be added to cover for these prizes to meet such requirement.

4) Jackpot Fund : The amount remaining after allocation of match 5/5, 4/5+PB, 4/5, 3/5+PB, 3/5, 2/5+PB and 1/5+PB will be added to Jackpot Fund.

5) Jackpot Fund for Match 5/5 + PB Category.

a) Jackpot Seed Fund: A minimum amount of Rs. 1.50 crore is seeded as Jackpot Seed Fund in the Jackpot Fund, for the first draw, as well as after each draw having any winning of Match 5/5+PB category. Jackpot Seed Fund is adjusted against Reserve Pool Fund (RSR).

b) Winners of Match 5/5+PB Category are eligible for Jackpot Fund.

c) In case there is more than one winner for such category, the Jackpot Fund will be equallydivided among all the winners of Match 5/5+PB category of a particular draw. 2187 OFFICIAL GAZETTE — GOVT. e) If there are no winner for such prize category for consecutive 52 weeks, Jackpot Fund will be transferred to RSR.

6) One ticket/selection will be eligible for one prize only whichever is higher.

Note: The Rollover Prize Amount, if any, shall carry forward.

III. Method of distribution of prize amount:

1) Prize Fund: 60% of the sale amount will be considered as Prize Fund.

2) Fixed prizes for match 2/5, 3/5 and match 4/5 transferred to the respective prize fund.

Remaining amount of the prize fund will be transferred to Jackpot fund.

3) If Jackpot is won, the winner will get the Minimum Assured Revenue Rs. 5,00,000/- or Jackpot Fund, whichever is higher. In case there is more than one winner for such category, the Jackpot Fund will be equally divided among all the winners of Match 5/5 category of a particular draw.

4) If no player wins the Jackpot then the entire Jackpot Fund or Rs. 50,000/- whichever is higher, will be rolled down to match 4 winners.

5) The maximum amount after the Roll-Down, per winner of Match 4 shall be restricted to Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand).

6) Any balance left in Roll Down amount to match 4 winners, shall be Rolled Down to Match 3 winners.

7) One ticket/selection will be eligible for one prize only whichever is higher.

i) If the player matches all his selected 6 numbers with the 6 numbers drawn, he will win Jackpot. In case of more than one winner, the Jackpot Fund will be divided equally among all the winners (Pari-mutuel).

ii) If the player matches any 5 numbers of his selected 6 numbers with the numbers drawn, he will win approximately Rs. 1,16,526/-. In case of more than one winner, the prize amount will be divided equally among all the winners (Pari-mutuel). The minimum assured prize Rs. 5000/-.

iii) If the player matches any 4 numbers of his selected 6 numbers with the numbers drawn, he will win Rs. 1,000/-.

III. Method of distribution of prize amount:

1) Reserve Pool Fund (RSR): 10% of the total sale amount will be transferred to Reserve Pool Fund (RSR).

2) Prize Fund: 55% of the remaining sale amount (total sale amountless RSR Contribution) will be considered as Prize Fund.

3) Fixed prizes for match 3/6 and match 4/6 will be paid from the Prize Fund and balance of the Prize Fund will be transferred to Remaining Pool fund (RPF). In case, the Prize Fund is short to meet the fixed prizes, funds from the Reserve Pool Fund (RSR) will be added to cover for these fixed prizes to meet such requirement.

4) Remaining Pool Fund (RPF): Remaining Pool Fund will be used for each of the remaining prize categories (Pari-mutuel), in accordance with following rules:

a) 30% of RPF will be equally divided among all the winners of Match 5/6 category of a particular draw. Approximate prize for a winner of this prize category is Rs. 1,16,526/-, however, a minimum of Rs. 5,000/- is assured prize for each of such winner.

i) In case, the defined share of the RPF for this prize category is short to meet the minimum guaranteed prize to such winners, funds from the Reserve Pool Fund (RSR) will be added to the share for this prize category to meet such requirement.

ii) In case there is no selection qualifying for a prize in the Match 5/6 category, such share of RPF is transferred to the Reserve Pool Fund (RSR).

b) 70% of the RPF for a particular draw will be transferred to Jackpot Fund.

5) Jackpot Fund for Match 6/6 Category.

a) Jackpot Seed Fund: A minimum amount of Rs. 2.00 crore is seeded as Jackpot Seed Fund in the Jackpot Fund, for the first draw, as well as after each draw having any winning of Match 6/6 category. Jackpot Seed Fund is adjusted against Reserve Pool Fund (RSR).

b) As mentioned, 70% of the RPF for a particular draw will be added to Jackpot Fund.

c) Winners of Match 6/6 Category are eligible for Jackpot Fund.

d) In case there is more than one winner for such category, the Jackpot Fund will be equally divided among all the winners of Match 6/6 category of a particular draw.

e) In case, there are no selections qualifying for a prize in the Match 6/6 category, such Jackpot fund is carried over to the next draw.

f) If there are no winner for such prize category for consecutive 52 weeks, Jackpot Fund will be transferred to RSR.

6) One ticket/selection will be eligible for one prize only whichever is higher.

Note: The Rollover Prize Amount, if any, shall carry forward.
