nursing.
(b) Faculty conferring degree in nursing.

(e) Registered nurses has been prepared in accordance with the Goa Nursing Council Rules, 2014 and copies of the roll will be available for inspection and/or sale at the office of the Council at the address of the Council.
2. (a) Every claim for inclusion of a name in the
roll; or
(b) Every objection to—
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of the Goa Nursing Council Rules, 2014 that:-
(1) an election is to be held of members of the Goa Nursing Council to be elected by the various categories of registered nursing personnel namely:
(a) Principals of colleges conferring degree
in nursing.
(b) Faculty conferring degree in nursing.
(c) Faculty conferring diploma in auxiliary
nursing midwifery.

(3) forms of nomination paper may be obtained
from the Registrar on application.
(4) complete nomination papers may be sent to the Returning Officer on or before 16.00 (hours) on Monday, 08th April, 2019 at Goa Nursing Council office, Bambolim.
(5) nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at 10.00 (hours) on Wednesday, 10th April, 2019 at GNC office, Bambolim.
(6) candidature may be withdrawn by a notice in writing signed by the candidate and delivered to the Returning Officer to reach him/her on or before 16.00 (hours) on 15th April, 2019 at GNC office, Bambolim.
(7) objections, if any, are to reach the Returning Officer on or before 16.00 (hours) on Friday, 12th April, 2019 at GNC office, Bambolim.
(8) the list of contesting candidates shall be displayed on the notice board in the office of the Council at 10.00 (hours) on 16th April, 2019 at GNC office, Bambolim.
(9) in the event of the election being
contested:
(a) The elections will be held at 08.00 (hours) on Tuesday, 21st May, 2019 at GNC office, Bambolim.
(b) The votes will be taken up for scrutiny and counting at 15.30 (hours) on Tuesday, 21st May, 2019 at the Goa Nursing Council, Bambolim-Goa.
