1. Two (Hump Type) Speed Breakers at Speed
Village Panchayat, Parra, Bardez-Goa: Breaker Two (Hump Type) Speed Breakers to be (Hump constructed at a distance admeasuring Type) 10 meters away on either side of the Petrol Pump on the road leading towards Mapusa and Lingabhat, Parra.
The above Speed Breaker shall be painted with white thermoplastic fluorescent paint and fixed with blinkers for better visibility.
Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 116 of the Act, I also authorise the erection of cautionary signboards "Speed Breaker" at about 40 mts. on either side of the speed breaker in advance of the speed breaker and traffic signboards showing the sign "Speed Breaker" at the placement of the speed breaker in order to regulate the motor vehicular traffic.
The Sarpanch, Village Parra, Bardez and PWD are directed to publish this notification through the Director of Information and Publicity in newspapers and to make necessary arrangements to erect the signboards at the places indicated above as per the specification laid down by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and as published in the Official Gazette by the Government of Goa and report compliance within fifteen days time.

Wholly renounce, relinquish and abandon the use of my former name of Saraswati Hawappa and in place thereof do assume from the date thereof the name of Saraswati Avappa Harijan and so that I may hereafter be called, known as distinguished not by my former name of Saraswati Hawappa but by my assumed name of Saraswati Avappa Harijan.
2. For the purpose of evidencing such my determination, declare that I shall at all times hereafter in all records, deeds and writings and in all proceedings, dealings and transactions private as well as public and upon all occasions whatsoever use and sign the name of Saraswati Avappa Harijan as my name in place of and in substitution of my former name of Saraswati Hawappa.
3. Expressly authorize and request all persons at all times hereafter to designate and address me by such assumed name of Saraswati Avappa Harijan.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my former and adopted name of Saraswati Avappa Renewal of subscription from 1st April should be effected on or before 31st March, 2019 in order to avoid interruption in the despatch of copies of the Gazette. It should be noted that, in case the subscription is not opened/renewed before the commencement of the period to which it refers, the subscribers will be entitled to receive copies of the Gazette only from the date the subscription is actually opened/renewed.
Official Gazette is now available through e-mail for an annual subscription of Rs. 200/- (Rupees two hundred only).
The subscription charges are accepted either in cash, postal order, demand draft or cheques (subject to clearance) drawn only on State Bank of India, Panaji, in favour of the Director, Printing and Stationery, Panaji-Goa.
