1) The half portion along land roadside of the service lane from the Ferry wharf at Panaji upto Dempo House.
2) The lane in front of the Collectorate North building, Dy. Collector and Mamlatdar Office.
3) The service road adjacent to compound wall of the Entertainment Society of Goa upto the compound wall of Inox Multiplex.
It shall be noted that half portion towards the
river side will be left open for the pedestrians.
Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 116 of the above Act, I also authorize the erection of traffic signboards "Parking for Election duty Vehicles only" in order to regulate the motor vehicular traffic.
The Superintendent of Police (Traffic), Altinho to erect the temporary signboards at the places indicated above and deploy sufficient traffic police personnel to regulate the parking and movement of vehicular traffic and report compliance latest by 12-03-2019.
This Notification shall come into force with immediate effect and shall remain in force till the counting process is over.

The signboards shall be installed as per specifications laid in the Seventh Schedule under the Goa Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Rules, 2005 & shall be located 40 meters in advance of the speed breaker and at the placement of the speed breaker.
Action taken report including photographs of the work executed must be submitted to this office within 30 days.
