No. 19016/1/87-Estt(A) dated 12-03-1987 of Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Department of Personnel & Training, New Delhi.

And whereas, the said Smt. Tami Thereza D'Souza, vide letter dated 20-03-2019 has further requested to enter her changed name i.e. "Tami Theresa D'Souza e Alvares" in her office records.

Now, therefore, sanction of the Government is hereby conveyed to change the name of "Smt. Tami

Ms. Sarika Sakharam Advilkar shall be on

probation for a period of two years.

Ms. Sarika Sakharam Advilkar has been declared medically fit by the Medical Board. The appointment is made subject to the verification of her character and antecedents. In the event of any adverse remarks noticed by the Government on verification of her character and antecedents, her services shall be terminated.

The above appointment is made against the vacancy occurred due to resignation of Shri Vinay Madgaonkar, Assistant Professor in Marathi, Government College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Quepem-Goa.
