In exercise of the powers vested in me vide Rule 2(e) of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, R. K. Srivastava, IAS (Retd.), Commissioner, Goa State Election Commission, Altinho, Panaji-Goa hereby appoint the Officer indicated in column 2 of the schedule given below as the Returning Officer for the purpose of conducting the General Elections to Harvalem Village Panchayat indicated in column 5 of the taluka shown in column 2 of the said schedule.
Further, in exercise of the powers vested in me under the said Rule 2(e), I, R. K. Srivastava, IAS (Retd.), Commissioner, Goa State Election Commission hereby appoint the officer indicated in column 4 of the said schedule as Returning Officer for the purpose of conducting election to the Village Panchayat shown in column 5 of the said schedule.

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me vide Rule 5 of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996, I, R. K. Srivastava, Commissioner of Goa State Election Commission, hereby notify that the Electoral Rolls of the Goa Legislative Assembly prepared under the provisions of the Representation of People Act, 1950 (Central Act 43 of 1951) for the time being in force as on 1st January, 2019 with supplement I & II for such Constituency of the Assembly or any part thereof as is included in the area within the jurisdiction of the Village Panchayat shall be divided by the Mamlatdar of Bicholim Taluka into different sections corresponding to the different wards of Village Panchayats for the purpose of ensuing General Election to Village Panchayat of Harvalem in Bicholim Taluka constituted vide Notification No. 19/DP/Election/V.P. Harvalem/2019/3051 dated 28-05-2019.
