Whereas, the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority Porvorim, vide Notification No. GCZMA/ /CZMP-2011/19/20/01/789 dated 06-06-2019 has notified the public hearing for finalization of the draft Coastal Zone Management Plan (CZMP) prepared by the National Centre of Sustainable Coastal Management (NCSCM), Chennai, for the State of Goa in terms of CRZ Notification 2011.
And whereas, the said Notification dated 06-06-2019 has been published in the local daily newspaper "Herald" dated 07-06-2019 for wide publication, information and circulation of general public and in terms of the said notification the venue/place of holding the public hearing for the North Goa District fixed by CRZ authority is at "Taleigao Community Hall, Taleigao 403 002", on 07-07-2019 from 10.00 a.m to 7.00 p.m.
And whereas, being the Chairman of the District Level Committee the following procedure is laid down for the entire process of public hearing. The same is mentioned as under:-
(a) The hearing of CZMP shall commence from 10.00 a.m on 07-07-2019 and will conclude by 19.00 hrs. on the same day. In case the speakers are less, the hearing will conclude as soon as the last speaker has spoken and will not continue thereafter.
(b) The registration of the participants will commence at 9.30 a.m. on the aforesaid day.
(c) There will be two Registers. In the first Register, the participant shall register their presence/attendance and in second register the participant who intends to express their views and speak shall register their names separately upto 11.00 a.m. on the day of hearing. Only participants who register before 11.00 a.m. for speaking will be permitted to speak.
(d) The participants who wish to express their views shall be given a fixed time slot of maximum 10 (ten) minutes only.
(e) The NGO who wishes to express their views, shall do so through only one representative per NGO who shall also compulsorily register before 11.00 a.m. on behalf on the NGO.
(g) The participant shall express their views in the order of their registration. In case the participant is not available at the particular slot when his/her name is announced then he will not be allowed to express his/her view thereafter when his time slot is missed.
(h) No separate audio/video presentation of any kind will be allowed on the part of Public participant. Such presentations if any, shall be submitted in the form of soft copy before the end of the designated time and at the designated desk at the venue which will be considered before finalizing the plan.
(i) Each participant shall carry any of the identification document as prescribed by the ECI, in the recently held Lok Sabha Election and registration attendance & participation will be allowed only for those having valid ID proof. No persons shall be allowed in the hall without valid ID proof.
(j) Each participant shall register his/her name, gender, residential address, mobile number/ /landline number.
(k) Those participants who are unable to attend the CZMP and/or those who could not get the slot to express their views, will be allowed to make all their concern in writing at the end of CZMP hearing and submit at the Desk set up.
(l) The participants shall restrict their suggestions/objections strictly to the CZMP in question and shall refrain from long speeches, so as to opportunity to maximum participants to express themselves. Further, the suggestions/objections already raised by the previous speaker shall be avoided.
(m) The speeches of participants shall be strictly restricted to ony draft CZMP and shall not contain any political or personal criticism of any nature which is not permitted.
Now therefore and in view of above all the participant are required to strictly adhere to the above procedure without any deviation.

Clarina Araujo, daughter of late John H. Araujo, aged 34 year, unmarried, Indian National, residing at H. No. 709, Saint Agastinho, Marrod, Geum Bhat, Santa Cruz-Goa. That the aforesaid parties namely (1) Smt. Celina Araujo and her husband (2) Shri Laurenco Gonsalves and (3) Kum. Clarina Araujo has relinquished freely and gratuitously and without any consideration and voluntarily their illiquid undivided rights that they have inherited by their late father/father-in-law, Shri John Araujo alias Joao Hermenegildo de Araujo vide Power of Attorney dated 25-01-2018 executed before Adv. S. V. Manerker, Notary Goa regd. No. 838 dated 25-01-2018 by said Laurenco Gonsalves and Celina Araujo authorize Clarina Araujo to carry out relinquishment formalities so as to execute/ /register the relinquishment on their behalf recorded before the Joint Civil Registrar-cum-Sub Registrar, Tiswadi, Panaji-Goa by Deed of Relinquishment dated 26-03-2018 drawn in Deed of Book No. 734 at folio 84v to 85v in favour of other co-heirs.
