The Goa Appropriation (No. 2) Act, 2019
(Goa Act 9 of 2019) [23-08-2019]
AN
ACT
to authorise payment and appropriation of certain sums from and out of the Consoli- dated Fund of the State of Goa for the services and purposes of the financial year 2019-20.
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa in the Seventieth Year of the Republic
of India, as follows:—
1. Short title.— This Act may be called the
Goa Appropriation (No. 2) Act, 2019.
2. Issue of Rs. 19548,69,07,000/- out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Goa for the financial year 2019-20.— From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Goa, there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column (5) of the Schedule to this Act amounting in the aggregate to the sums of Nineteen thousand five hundred forty eight crore sixty nine
lakh seven thousand rupees towards defraying the several charges which will arise for payment during the financial year 2019-20 in respect of the services and for purposes specified in column (2) of the said Schedule.
3. Appropriation.— The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Goa under this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule to this Act in relation to the said
financial year.

ACT
to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Goa for the services and purposes of the financial year 2019-20.
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa in the
Seventieth Year of the Republic of India, as follows:—
1. Short title.— This Act may be called the Goa Appropriation
(No. 3) Act, 2019.
2. Issue of Rs. 976,18,40,000/- out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Goa for the financial year 2019-20.— From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Goa, there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column (5) of the Schedule hereto amounting in the aggregate to the sums of nine hundred seventy six crore eighteen lakh forty thousand OFFICIAL GAZETTE — GOVT. OF GOA SERIES I No. 21 (EXTRAORDINARY No. 2) 27TH AUGUST, 2019 rupees towards defraying the several charges which will come in the course of payment during the financial year 2019-20 in respect of the services and for purposes specified in column (2) of the said Schedule.
