On the recommendation of the Departmental Promotion Committee as conveyed by the Goa Public Service Commission vide its letter No. COM/ /II/11/17(1)/2014/150 dated 17-07-2019, the Government is pleased to promote Mrs. Pramita Kalangutkar, Excise Inspector, O/o. Commissioner of Excise, to the post of Superintendent of Excise (Group 'B' Gazetted) in the pay scale of Rs. 9300- -34800-GP Rs. 4600/- (Level 7 of the 7th Pay Commission), on regular basis, with immediate effect.
The above officer shall be on probation for a
period of two years from the date of her joining.
She shall exercise option for fixation of pay in the promotional post within a period of one month from the date of issue of order.

Government is pleased to order the transfer and posting of Smt. Manisha D. Cascar, Assistant Accounts Officer under the Common Accounts Cadre presently working in the Directorate of Technical Education, Porvorim to the Directorate of Education, Porvorim-Goa with immediate effect in public interest.
The officer shall stand compulsorily relieved from the present place of posting with effect from 29-8-2019 (a.n.) and shall report to the new place of posting immediately without availing joining time.
On joining the post, the officer shall send the CTC/joining report immediately to this Directorate.
Shri Chetan Dharangutti, Assistant Accounts Officer presently working in the Directorate of Technical Education shall hold additional charge of the other post of Assistant Accounts Officer in the same Department.
