Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 116 of the above Act, I also authorize the erection of cautionary signboards "Speed Breaker Ahead" at about 40 mts. on either side of the speed breaker in advance of the speed breaker and traffic signboard showing the sign "Speed Breaker" at the placement of the speed breaker in order to regulate the motor vehicular traffic.
The Chief Officer, Sankhali Municipal Council and PWD Roads Division, Bicholim shall publish this notification through the Director of Information and Publicity in newspapers and PWD, Sankhali to make necessary arrangements to construct/erect the signboard at the places indicated above as per the specification laid down by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and as published in the Official Gazette by the Government of Goa and report compliance within fifteen days time.

5. I say that my name recorded in school registration as per the birth certificate as Nandini Shivappa Pujari instead of Nandini Shiva Hosmani that's why I am facing the various problems against my actual name and consideration.
6. I say that my voting card registration is to be registered before registrar of election commission in Goa. So, it is necessary to make similarity in my full name as Nandini Shiva Hosmani.
7. I state and declare that actual name Miss Nandini Shiva Hosmani and other names e.g. Nandini Husmani, Nandini Shivappa Husmani, Nandini Shivappa Pujari these all are the one and the same person which is belongs to me.
