The Screening/Scrutiny Committee shall consist

3. Under Secretary (Legal) — Member
Secretary.
The Screening/Scrutiny Committee shall place the list of those Advocates scrutinized by the
Screening Committee before the Ld. Advocate General who shall make the final selection of the Advocates on the panel. The Law Secretary shall assist Ld. Advocate General in the said process.
This Order shall supersede the earlier Order
