On the recommendation of the Goa Public Service Commission as conveyed vide their letter No. COM/I/5/78(6)/2019/257 dated 25-11-2019, Government is pleased to appoint Shri Mahesh Satu Majik to the post of Associate Professor for Research, Development and Innovation for State Higher Education Council under Directorate of Higher Education on temporary basis in the Pay Matrix Level 13A with immediate effect, and as per the terms and conditions contained in the Memorandum cited above.
Shri Mahesh Satu Majik shall be on probation for a period of one year extendable by a maximum period of one year in case of unsatisfactory performance.

Now therefore, in view of the recommendation of the Review DPC held on 05-02-2020 as conveyed by the Goa Public Service Commission vide its letter No. COM/II/11/1(1)/2019/355 dated 06-02-2020, the Government is pleased to promote Smt. Milan Vaingankar, to the post of Dy. Whereas, the Government of Goa is of the opinion that an industrial dispute exists between the management of the Madgaum Urban Co-operative Bank Limited, Head Office at Varsha, Aquem-Alto, Margao, Goa and it's workman, Shri Shripad Pinge, in respect of the matter specified in the Schedule hereto (hereinafter referred to as the "said dispute");
And whereas, the Government of Goa considers it expedient to refer the said dispute for adjudication.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (d) of sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act 14 of 1947) (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act"), the Government of Goa hereby refers the said dispute for adjudication to the Industrial Tribunal of Goa at Panaji-Goa, constituted under Section 7-A of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
"(1) Whether Shri Shripad Pinge, Junior Clerk, could be construed as workman as defined under Section 2(s) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act 14 of 1947);
(2) If answer to the issue No. (1) above is in affirmative, then whether the action of the management of the Madgaum Urban Co-operative Bank Limited, Head Office at Varsha, Aquem-Alto, Margao, Goa, in dismissing Shri Shripad Pinge, with effect from 07-12-2012, is legal and justified?
