The Government has decided for recommence- ment of domestic air travel of passengers with effect from 25-05-2020, and in order to ensure safety of the passengers during prevailing circumstances due to COVID-19 pandemic, and to control the spread of this disease, the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is annexed for compliance of the concerned.

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all Domestic Passengers arriving by Air, Rail or Road to Goa

or any other exempted category like Government employees etc.

4. In the case of any passenger with international travel history as declared in the form, the person has to pay Rs. 2000/- and will be mandatorily tested and quarantined till test results come.

5. Passengers who do not have a place of residence in Goa should avoid coming, as no hotels or guesthouses are allowed to function for regular hospitality services, as stipulated by MHA in Clause 2(iv) of their guidelines dated May 17, 2020.

6. The existing protocols for Stranded Indians coming either by sea or air will be as per MHA's guidelines/SOP.
