Society, Aquem, Margao, Salcete, Goa (3) daughter Mrs. Affrin Shaikh, aged 29 years, housewife, married to Mr. Zeeshan Sheikh Noor, aged 31 years, business, both Indian National and residing at 2nd floor, Nayab Appts., behind Cine Aisha Sadar, Ponda, North Goa and (4) Mr. Owais Abdul Sattar, son of late Abdul Sattar J. Shaikh, aged 19 years, unmarried, student, resident of Magnum Residency, Miramar, Goa as his universal heir, legal representatives who are legally qualified to concur, prefer, succeed and compete in the estate of the said deceased person. And before the said witnesses, the parties of the first part or relinquishing parties, namely Mrs. Nazia Shaikh and her husband Mr. Taslim Arif Isac Mohammed, Mrs. Nazninbi and her husband Nizamodin Shaikh, Mrs. Affrin Shaikh and her husband Mrs. Zeeshan Sheikh Noor stated that by this deed they hereby freely and voluntarily relinquishing all their illiquid and undivided rights that they may be entitled to in all the estate and inheritance of their father/father-in- law late Shaikh Abdul Satar Jamaluddin in terms of Section 30 of the Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012. In view of the aforesaid Relinquishment made by the parties of the first part or relinquishing parties, the remaining co-heir namely Mr. Owais Abdul Sattar Shaikh is the only universal heir of the said deceased person and besides them there are no other person/persons who according to law may have preference over them or who may concur along with them to the estate left by the above said deceased person.

That both the deceased left behind as their only and universal heirs their following children namely (one) Raimundo Lucio Fernandes married to Mrs. Margarida Carvalho (two) Mr. Antonio Lasaro Fernandes, married (three) Mr. Domingos Fernandes, married to Mrs. Purificacao Anita Rodrigues (four) Mr. Pascoal Fideles Fernandes married to Mrs. Lucia Gracias (five) Mr. Jorge Fernandes, unmarried (six) Mr. Bernard Fernandes married to Mrs. Viliena Fatima Morais and (seven) Mr. Grato Fernandes who died on 12th June, 2017 at Goa Medical College, Bambolim-Goa leaving his widow Mrs. Damiana Pedrinha Fernandes as "moiety sharer" and his children (i) Miss Swizel Fernandes, (ii) Mr. Stanvil Fernandes and (iii) Miss Cherlin Fernandes as his sole universal heirs.
That besides the said heirs prevailing in Goa may concur with them to the estate left by the deceased person.
