By virtue of the powers conferred upon me under Section 10(1) (a) of the Goa Registration of Tourist Trade Act, 1982, I, Shri Rajesh A. Kale, Prescribed Authority (South), hereby remove the name of Beach Haven, Flat No. 8, Block A, Sapna Exotica Majorda, Salcete, South Goa, from the register of South Goa Hotel Keeper, register No. D-8, vide page No. 18, maintained under the aforesaid Act, as Sanjay Colaco (Proprietor) has ceased to operate the said Guest House in his premises.
Consequently, the Certificate of Registration bearing No. 3287 of D-Category (Old) and Certificate No. HOTS000610 (New) of D-Category issued under the said Act stands cancelled.

Consequently, the Certificate of Registration bearing No. HOTS000518 of B-Category issued under the said Act stands cancelled.

That on the 7-8-2014 at Royal Hospital, Aquem Margao-Goa, expired Menino Joao Mascarenhas, hailing from House No. 130/A-1, Murda Grande, Nuvem, Salcete-Goa, intestate without executing any Will or any other disposition of his last wish leaving behind his wife Mrs. Maria Albina Nelly Dias as his "moiety sharer" and as his "sole and universal heirs" his three children namely (one) Mrs. Oriola Mascarenhas, married (two) Mr. Percio Ignatius Mascarenhas and (three) Mr. Llyod Paul Mascarenhas both unmarried, there being no one else or no other person or heir who in terms of Law of Succession in force in this State of Goa may prefer the estate left by the deceased person.

That Smt. Kusum Keni alias Premabai Madhav Prabhu Desai also known by the names Cussuma Quenim, Cussuma Porobo Dessai and Prema Porobo Dessai and her husband Shri Madhav Raghuvir Prabhu Dessai also known by the names Madeva Roguvir Porobo Dessai and Madeu Roguvir Porobo Dessai both who hailed from Loliem, Canacona, expired on 1st day of March of the year 2001 at Jankibai Memorial Hospital, Ponda and on 22nd day of the month of August of the year 2007 at Apollo Victor Hospital, Malbhat, Madel, Margao, respectively, both intestate and without executing any of their disposition of their last wish leaving behind their following children as legal heirs: (one) Shri Mukund Madeva Roguvir Porobo Dessai, married (two) Shri Roguvir alias Umexa Porobo Dessai, married (three) Shri Pramoda Porobo Dessai, married and (four) Smt. Saroja alias Hansa Porobo Dessai, married. That thereafter died the said Umexa Madhev Prabhu Dessai alias Roghuvir on 2nd day of the month of March of the year 2019 at Goa Medical College, Bambolim also intestate and without executing Will and any other disposition of his last Will but leaving behind his widow Smt. Geetabai Boto name changed to Geeta Umexa Porobo Dessai as his moiety sharer and his only son Shri Sameer Umesh Prabhu Dessai, married, as his sole and universal heir, there being no other person or heirs who in terms of Law of Succession prevailing in this State of Goa may prefer the said heirs or could concur with them to the estate and inheritance left behind all the deceased persons.
