Whereas, the Zilla Panchayat elections for Goa have been declared vide Notification 19/DP/ZP-Election/ /2020/7717 dated 05-12-2020.
And whereas, under Article 243K of the Constitution of India, the State Election Commission is seized with the conduct of the said elections.
Now therefore, the State Election Commission in exercise of the powers conferred upon it do hereby notifies that the Model Code of Conduct shall be applicable from 5-12-2020 till midnight of 14-12-2020.
