The temporary parking of Heavy buses, Mini Buses, Tempo's and Four Wheelers will be as under subject to the following conditions:-
1) Barren Fields opposite St. Alex Church:- For parking Heavy buses, Mini buses, Tempo's and Four Wheelers in Survey No. 434/4 & 434/5 of Village Calangute.
2) Barren Fields near Fat Fish Restaurant:- For parking Heavy buses, Mini buses, Tempo's and Four Wheelers in Survey No. 388/1 & 388/2 of Village Calangute.

Whereas, Dy. Superintendent of Police Traffic, Altinho, Panaji-Goa vide his letter referred to at (1) above has requested to issue temporary Notification for restricting entry and movement of Heavy/Medium Vehicles (Big buses/Mini buses/ 3) Barren Fields near Bodke Wadakade, Porbowaddo:- For parking Heavy buses, Mini buses, Tempo's and Four Wheelers in Survey No. 375/5, 375/6, 375/7, 375/8, 375/9, 375/10, 375/11, 375/12, 375/13, 375/14 & 375/15 of Village Calangute.
4) Near Poriat Cross:- For parking Heavy buses, Mini buses, Tempo's and Four Wheelers in Survey No. 169/21 of Village Calangute.
1) Necessary signages indicating "Road Closed Ahead" be erected at all the road points for the information of the motorist.

4) The Sarpanch/Secretary, Village Panchayat Calangute is directed to install red lamps/ /lights at the construction site for clear visibility of road users during night time.
5) Sufficient traffic signages/directional boards should be erected at all the road closure points for the information for motorists and other road users.
6) Prior permission from other competent authorities should be obtained well in advance including land owners and District Police.
7) The Organizers should allow free access to emergency vehicles like Ambulance, Fire tenders etc.
8) Material used for the barricading the road should be painted/pasted with fluorescent paint/tape for illuminating the same during the night time.
9) After completion of the above period entire place should be cleaned from all types of debris, mud etc. and the road should be brought to its normalcy for the use of motorist and other road users.
10) The permission is subject to cancellation/
/revocation at any moment.

31. Whereas Petitioner then a spinster viz. Lavina Aloysius D'souza was married to the Respondent then a bechelor on 21-12-2010 at Goa as per Christian Marriage Act.
And whereas after the marriage Petitioner-wife had joined the company of the Respondent-husband for cohabitation. The couple has no issue born out of the said wedlock.
And whereas, some differences took place in between the couple and they started residing separately since March, 2011. Petitioner filed this petition u/s 10-X of Indian Divorce Act.
And whereas during the pending of the petition & they arrived at settlement & they have tendered the consent terms Exh 9 filed by both & convert appln Exh 10. They prayed for divorce by mutual consent.
And whereas this petition came before His Honour Judge Shri S. R. Kafre for hearing and upon hearing Petitioners. The court has passed the following order on dt. 15-04-2013.

30. Shri Venkatesh Pundalik Kamat Malwadkar, r/o Malwaddo, Marcaim, Ponda-Goa, hereby state that the share title certificate bearing Accoes (shares) Nos. 7096 to 7100 belonging to the Comunidade of Marcaim, Ponda-Goa, standing in my name have been lost/misplaced. I therefore wish to reconstruct the above mentioned share certificates in my name.
The interested parties if have any objection may raise the same before the Administrator of Comunidade of Central Zone, Panaji-Goa, within the prescribed time limit as per the Code of Comunidades in force.
Petition is allowed.
The marriage solemnized between the parties on 21-12-2010 is dissolved by decree of divorce by mutual consent with effect from this order.
Consent terms at Exh 9 to form part of the decree.
No order as to costs.

I, Shri Venkatesh Pundalik Kamat Malwadkar, authenticate the above said notice to be published in private advertisement column in the Official Gazette, Series III and local newspaper inviting objection if any from interested parties.
1. Both the parties got married on 21 December, 2010 at Goa and per christian rites. And both the [parties started residing separately from March, 2011.

7. Both the parties agrees not to file any civil and criminal cases against each other regarding the marriage.
