Read: Notification No. 10/821/19/DMA/Election/5123 dated 04-02-2021 published in the Official Gazette (Extraordinary), Series II No. 45 dated 4-2-2021.
In partial modification to the above referred Notification I, Gurudas P. Pilarnekar, Director of Urban Development/Municipal Administration in exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of Section 9 read with sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Goa Municipalities Act, 1968, hereby determine that seats shall be reserved for Women, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes & Other Backward Classes, in different Wards of 5 Municipal Councils only for the purpose of ensuing Municipal Elections as per details specified herein:-
