By virtue of the power vested in me by article 155 of the Constitution of India, I, Ram Nath Kovind, President of India, hereby appoint Shri P. S. Sreedharan Pillai, to be the Governor of Goa with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.
Given at Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi, this sixth day of July in the year two thousand twenty-one (15th Ashadha, 1943 Saka), in the seventy-second year of the Republic of India.
