The above speed breakers shall be painted with white thermoplastic fluorescent paint and fixed with reflected road studs around it for better visibility.
Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 116 of the above Act, I also OFFICIAL GAZETTE — GOVT. OF GOA SERIES III No. 23 2ND SEPTEMBER, 2021 authorize the erection of cautionary signboards "Speed Breaker" at about 40 mts. on either side of the speed breakers in advance of the rumbler strips and traffic signboard showing the sign "Speed Breaker" at the placement of the speed breaker in order to regulate the motor vehicular traffic.
The Secretary, Village Panchayat, Revora, Bardez- -Goa is directed to publish this notification through the Director of Information and Publicity in local newspapers and P.W.D. (Engineering Cell) to make necessary arrangements to construct the speed breakers and to erect the signboards at the places indicated above as per the specification laid down by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and as published in the Official Gazette Series I No. 15 dated 15-07-2005 by the Government of Goa and report compliance within thirty days time.

That on twentieth day of November two thousand and twenty Shri Pravin Chandrakant Phadte expired at Goa Medical College, Bambolim-Goa, intestate without making Will, Gift or any other testamentary disposition of his last wish leaving behind his wife Smt. Preeti Pravin Phadte alias Sarita Prakash Divkar alias Sarita Pracaxa Diucar, major of age, widow as moiety shareholder, and as sole and universal heirs and successors his following children namely: (1) Miss Saiethi Pravin Phadte, daughter of late Shri Pravin Chandrakant Phadte, major of age, spinster, besides the above mentioned heirs, there being no one else or no other person or heir who according to the Law of Succession prevailing in the State of Goa, could prefer or concur the said successors or may have a better claim to the estate/inheritance left by the said deceased person.

That Mr. Ramesh Raoji Shirodkar expired on 25-07-2020 at Goa Medical College, Bambolim-Goa, intestate without making Will, Gift or any other testamentary disposition of his wish, leaving behind his wife Mrs. Rameshwari Ramesh Shirodkar, as moiety holder and as sole and universal heirs and successors his following children namely: (1) Resha Ramesh Shirodkar, after marriage known as Resha Sudan Kalangutkar, major of age, married to Sudan Vasudev Kalangutkar; (2) Reema Ramesh Shirodkar, after marriage known as Trusha Tisan Betkikar, major of age, married to Tisan Pandurang Betkikar; (3) Mr. Ritesh Ramesh Shirodkar, major of age, son of Mr. Ramesh Raoji Shirodkar, unmarried; (4) Mr. Rashid Ramesh Shirodkar, major of age, son of Mr. Ramesh Raoji Shirodkar, unmarried, besides the above mentioned heirs, there being no one else or no other person or heir who according to the Law of Succession prevailing in the State of Goa, could OFFICIAL GAZETTE — GOVT.
