The Goa Appropriation (Vote on Account) (No. 2) Act, 2021
(Goa Act 13 of 2021) [12-04-2021]
AN
ACT
to provide for the withdrawal of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Goa for the services and purposes of the financial year 2021-22.
Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa in the
Seventy-second Year of the Republic of India, as follows:—
1. Short title.— This Act may be called the Goa Appropria-
tion (Vote on Account) (No. 2) Act, 2021.
2. Withdrawal of Rs. 10439,85,21,000/- from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Goa for the financial year OFFICIAL GAZETTE — GOVT. OF GOA SERIES I No. 3 (EXTRAORDINARY No. 2) 20TH APRIL, 2021 2021-22.— From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Goa, there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in column (5) of the Schedule to this Act amounting in the aggregate to the sums of ten thousand four hundred thirty nine crore eighty five lakhs twenty one thousand rupees towards defraying the several charges which will come in the course payment during the financial year 2021-22 in respect of the services and for purposes specified in column (2) of the said Schedule.
3. Appropriation.— The sums authorised to be paid from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Goa under this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule to this Act in relation to the said financial year.
