Whereas it is apprehended that assemblies, processions and morchas are likely to be carried out during the 16th Session, 2021 of the Seventh Legislative Assembly of the State of Goa convened on 18-10-2021 & 19-10-2021.
And whereas such activities are likely to create not only traffic congestion but also disturbance to the smooth and peaceful functioning of the Assembly;
And whereas I am satisfied that adoption of immediate preventive measures are necessary for the maintenance of public peace, order and tranquility;
And whereas I am satisfied that there are sufficient grounds for proceeding under Section 144 (1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and that the circumstances do not allow the serving of notice individually.
in any public place, street, road, square, thoroughfare, by-lane or in any open space within the radius of 500 meters around the Assembly Complex at Porvorim and the area under the jurisdiction of Panaji Police Station. I further direct that the above restriction shall not apply to public servants on duty and to bonafide marriage or funeral procession or any special occasion or occasions which in the opinion of the District Magistrate/Additional District Magistrate/Sub- Divisional Magistrates, are genuine and for which prior permission in writing has/have been be obtained from the District Magistrate/Additional District Magistrate or the Sub-Divisional Magistrate concerned.
This order shall come into force w.e.f. 11.00 a.m. on 18-10-2021 and shall remain in force till the Assembly Session is over.

No. 25022/24/ /2020-F.V/F.1 dated 07-10-2021 have approved that all Foreign Nationals intending to visit India for tourism purposes will be allowed to enter into India OFFICIAL GAZETTE — GOVT. OF GOA SERIES III No. 30 21ST OCTOBER, 2021 on e-Tourist visa/Tourist visa through Chartered flights (for group tourism only) from October 15, 2021; and all individual Foreign Nationals intending to visit India for tourism purposes will be allowed to enter into India on e-Tourist visa/Tourist visa w.e.f. 15-11-2021;
And whereas, considering this, it is necessary to make compulsory testing of all the international passengers by Rapid RT-PCR Tests at the Goa Airport or Sea Port.
Now, therefore, Government has approved for capping of Rapid RT-PCR Test @ Rs. 3,200/- per test inclusive of all taxes, until further review.
