Read: Notification No. 7/32/2021-LA dated 08-10-2021 published by Department of Law (Legal Affairs), Government of Goa in Official Gazette (Extraordinary No. 2), Series I No. 28 dated 08-10-2021.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of The Goa Panchayat Raj (Amendment) Act, 2021 (Goa Act 32 of 2021), the Government hereby appoints 8th of October, 2021 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
