In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sub-clause (a) of Clause (2) of Article 174 of the Constitution of India, I, P. S. Sreedharan Pillai, Governor of Goa, on this 3rd day of November, 2021, hereby prorogue the Legislative Assembly of Goa, which was adjourned sine die on 19th October, 2021, after its Sixteenth Session 2021, of the Seventh Legislative Assembly.
