further the said Jose Xavier Gomes executed a
Public Will dated 22nd September, 1992 with the
consent of his wife Rosa Felicia Barreto E Gomes to
bequeath all his immovable properties which
belonged to them jointly under Section 1766 of the
Civil Code in force by the Deed of Acquiescence
drawn on pages seventy two of Book No. two
hundred ninety four dated 15-09-1992. No children
were born out of the second marriage. That on 5th

Socorra Gomes, daughter of Jose Gomes, aged 61

parties to this Deed and besides them there being
no one else who as per the law in force in this
State of Goa, may have any right or concern to the
