In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (Central Act 11 of 1948) read with Rule 3 of the Goa, Daman and Diu Minimum Wages (Advisory Board) Rules, 1974 and in supersession of the Government Notification No. 28/29/2001-LAB/349 dated 27th June, 2012, the Government of Goa hereby appoints an Advisory Board consisting of the following members, namely:-
