That Shri Nagu Narayan Velip died on 04th October, 1981 and Smt. Saju Nagu Velip died on 10th November, 2002 both died intestate, without making any Will, Gift or any other testamentary disposition of their last wish, leaving behind as their sole and universal heirs and successors their following children namely (one) Shri Krishna Nagu Velip, major of age, married to Smt. Radha Krishna Velip: (two) Shri Rohidas Nagu Velip who died on 19th March, 2006, intestate, without making Will, Gift or any other testamentary disposition of his last wish leaving behind his wife Rajani Rohidas Velip, widow, as moiety holder, and as his sole and universal heirs and successors his following children's namely (i) Mr. Nagu Rohidas Velip, major of age, married to Prashila Sanklu Gaonkar alias Shanee Nagu Velip, (ii) Mr. Samir Rohidas Velip, major of age, unmarried, besides the above mentioned heirs, there being no one else or no other person or heirs who in terms of Law of Succession prevailing in the State of Goa who may prefer or concur the said successors or may have a better claim to the estate and inheritance left by the said deceased persons.
