Whereas it is apprehended that assemblies, processions and morchas are likely to be carried out during the 1st Session, 2022 of the Eight Legislative Assembly of the State of Goa convened on 15-03-2022.
And whereas such activities are likely to create not only traffic congestion but also disturbance to the smooth and peaceful functioning of the Assembly;
And whereas I am satisfied that adoption of immediate preventive measures are necessary for the maintenance of public peace, order and tranquility;
in any public place, street, road, square, thoroughfare, by-lane or in any open space within the radius of 500 meters around the Assembly Complex at Porvorim and the area under the jurisdiction of Panaji Police Station. I further direct that the above restriction shall not apply to public servants on duty and to bonafide marriage or funeral processions or any special occasion or occasions which in the opinion of the District Magistrate/ /Additional District Magistrate/Sub-Divisional Magistrates, are genuine and for which prior permission in writing has/have been be obtained from the District Magistrate/Additional District Magistrate or the Sub-Divisional Magistrate concerned.
This order shall come into force w.e.f. 10.00 a.m. on 15-03-2022 and shall remain in force till the Assembly Session is over.

The above Speed Breakers shall be painted with white thermoplastic fluorescent paint and fixed with reflected road studs around it for better visibility.
Further, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 116 of the above Act, I also authorize the erection of cautionary signboards "Speed Breaker", at about 40 mts. on either side of the speed breaker in advance of the rumbler strips and traffic signboard showing the sign "Speed Breaker" at the placement of the speed breaker in order to regulate the motor vehicular traffic.
The Secretary, Village Panchayat, St. Estevam, Tiswadi is directed to publish this notification through the Director of Information and Publicity in local newspapers and P.W.D. (Engineering Cell) to make necessary arrangements to construct the Speed Breakers as also Rumbles Speed Breakers and to erect the signboards at the places indicated above as per the specification laid down by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and as published in the Official Gazette Series I No. 15 dated 15-07-2005 by the Government of Goa and report compliance within thirty days time.

This shall supersede the earlier Notification
issued in this regard.

1) I say that my name is Mrunal Rushikesh Phadke, and I am residing along with my family at above mentioned address.
2) I say that my maiden name was "Manasi Yeshwant Padate" and after my marriage with Rushikesh Phadke my name has been changed as "Mrunal Rushikesh Phadke", and the same is recorded in my election card, aadhar card, and however in my birth certificate, educational certificate, marriage certificate, my maiden name is recorded as "Manasi Yeshwant Padate".
3) I say that all the above names "Mrunal Rushikesh Phadke", "Manasi Yeshwant Padate" refers to me and are my names and I am the only one and the same person by these names.
4) I say that there is no other person by these names in our locality and all the above names are my names.
5) I say that I have sworn this Affidavit in order to produce the same before the competent authorities.

The subscribers to the Official Gazette are kindly reminded that their present subscription term ends on the 31st March, 2022, being the end of financial year.
In case they wish to continue to be subscribers for the ensuing financial year 2022-2023 they have to renew their subscriptions from 1st April, 2022.
Subscriptions also can be opened for half year i.e. from 1st April or 1st October or for any quarter, beginning on 1st April, 1st July, 1st October or 1st January.
Renewal of subscription from 1st April should be effected on or before 31st March, 2022 in order to avoid interruption in the despatch of copies of the Gazette. It should be noted that, in case the subscription is not opened/renewed before the commencement of the period to which it refers, the subscribers will be entitled to receive copies of the Gazette only from the date the subscription is actually opened/renewed.
Official Gazette is now available through e- mail for an annual subscription of Rs. 200/- (Rupees two hundred only).
The subscription charges are accepted either in cash, postal order, demand draft or cheques (subject to clearance) drawn only on State Bank of India, Panaji, in favour of the Director, Printing and Stationery, Panaji-Goa.
