Section 17(1) (a) of the Goa Registration of Tourist
Trade Act, 1982, I, Shri Rajesh Kale, Prescribed
Authority, hereby remove the name of "M/s. Riya
Travel and Tour India Pvt. Ltd.", c/o. F21-24, Alfran
Plaza, M. G. Road, Panaji, Tiswadi, North Goa,
bearing Travel Agency No. TRAN000101
maintained under the aforesaid Act, as "M/s. Riya
Travel & Tours (I) Pvt. Ltd." has ceased to operate
the said Travel Agency located at abovementioned
address.
Consequently, the certificate No. TRAN000101
issued under the said Act stands cancelled.
That the father of the interested party Shri Ramesh Vasudev Haldankar expired on 18-02-2010 at T. B and Chest Hospital, St. Inez, Panaji-Goa without making any Will or any other disposition of his last wish leaving behind his wife and moiety holder Smt. Roshan Ramesh Haldankar known by maiden name as Vinodini Lotlikar and two sons namely 1) Shri Tejan R. Haldonker, aged 43 years, married, occupation, service, Indian National and 2) Shri Prabhat Ramesh Haldankar, aged 38 years, unmarried, occupation service, Indian National the declarants further stated that Shri Tejan R. Haldonker is married to Sushma Nagesh Raikar who after marriage is known as Sushma Tejan Haldonker the declarant further stated that besides the said heirs, and that there does not exists any other person or persons as their sole universal heir and who according to law could prefer or concur or have better claim to the estate/inheritance left by the deceased persons.

That on 30-11-1954 died at Tivim, Bardez-Goa Diogo Manoel Lobo @ Diogo Manuel Lobo @ Deogo Manuel Lobo married to Gertrudes Piedade Braganca @ Gertrudes Dominica Braganca who died on 19-12-1983 in the status of widow, both expired without any pre-nuptial agreement and without Will or any other disposition of their last wish leaving behind their daughter namely (1) Rosa Angelina Pinto died on 29-01-1991 at Marna-Siolim, Bardez-Goa in the status of widow of Jeronimo Zacharias Pinto who died on 22-12-1989, both died without any pre-nuptial agreement and without Will or any other disposition of their last wish and without leaving behind any legal heirs and son namely (2) Andre Francisco Lobo @ Andre Francis Lobo who died on 04-01-1989 in the status of widower of Luisinha Arcangela De Souza @ Luiza Lobo who died on 16-03-1982 in the status of married, both died without any pre-nuptial agreement and without Will or any other disposition of their last wish leaving behind their two daughters namely (1) Irene Conceicao Francisca Lobo @ Irene Conceicao Francisco Lobo, aged 66 years, housewife, holder of Aadhar Card No. 860393491241, widow of Luis Miguel De Souza and (2) Maria Ana Angela Lobo, aged 59 years, service, holder of Aadhar Card No. 206944761000, married to Jose Antonio Souza, aged 62 years, business, holder of Aadhar Card No. 363383587810, both Indian Nationals and residents of H. No. 152, Lobo Vaddo, Tivim, Bardez-Goa, declarant further stated that besides the said heirs, and that there does not exists any other person or persons. as their sole universal heir and who according to law could prefer or concur or have better claim to the estate/ /inheritance left by the deceased persons.
